About Our Company |
|
|
We are a new name but not new to the business. Double B Computers was
founded in 2005 by Brian Baskerville who has over 10 years experience in the
computer industry. His goal is to combine his excellent services with top of
the line computer products that consumers look for at a great price. We know
consumers only want the best products and services, that’s what we offer.
Many can give you great prices but when you buy from us we can also do the
installation. Some of the products we carry are cables, cameras, cases,
cpu's hard drives, memory, motherboards, video cards, printers, scanners and
more. We stay on top of the latest products so if you don't see what

Ordering online can be a scary issue at times that’s why all orders place on
our site is handled by PayPal, number one in online payments. Please note
that you do not need to sign up for PayPal to place an order with us just

Receiving Your Order |

When it comes to shipping know one likes to wait 2-4 business days for there
package to ship out and another 2-4 business days for there order to arrive
so when you placed an order with us that’s in stock before 3pm est. it will
go out the same day. Orders are ship out via UPS or FedEx and track numbers
are emailed after shipment is made. |

SALES POLICY AGREEMENT
By placing an order at Double B Computers, a customer has agreed to the
terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an
order at Double B Computers, a customer has agreed to the total dollar
amount of the sale, and
authorized Double B Computers to collect payment via the payment method the
customer specified. Double B Computers reserves the right to make changes to
this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOUBLE B COMPUTERS AND
OTHER SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Double B Computers attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and
pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that the product
descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is
accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an
incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or
error in pricing
information received from our suppliers, Double B Computers shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price.
Products sold by Double B Computers are covered by our 15-day return period,
unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the
15-day return period are specified on the special exceptions section below.
Please note that Double B Computers does not offer any technical support
for manufacturer products. Please direct technical questions to the
manufacturer.
All returns covered under our 15-day return period are subject to the
following:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Double B Computers
must accompany all returns. RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15
days from the date the product was shipped. After 15 days, all product
returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. All
products must be returned in like-new condition, including original
packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for
all missing accessories or parts.
Double B Computers will not accept items that have been physically damaged
or misused. Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause
CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically
damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund. Double B Computers
will not honor requests for exchanges under any circumstances. All returns
must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return
shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. 15%
restocking fee applies to all refunds. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all
refunds. After 15 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be
returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or
warranty provider.SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS

Arrangement for a return must be made within 15 days from the date the item
is shipped.
15% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Products that are defective,
and/or DOA (Damaged On Arrival), can be returned for repair / replacement.
All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

| Special Order Items. NO REFUNDS are accepted for any items in these
categories. Products that are defective can only be returned for
repair/replacement. Arrangement for a return must be made within 15 days
from the date the item is shipped. All returns must also follow the return

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us
because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus
applicable shipping and handling fees.
WARRANTY SERVICE
For warranty service, please contact the manufacturer or third party is
responsible, and obtain a RMA number from them. Unless otherwise noted,
warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise
forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the
warranty.
COMPUTER SYSTEMS
Our computer system are custom built and carry a 1 year parts and labor
warranty. If a problem occur and it's due to physical damage or misuse like
overclocking of the cpu the buyer will be responsible for the parts and
labor cost. |

parties. We are committed to protecting our customers privacy. The
information collected is used to process your order and to enhance your
shopping experience. We do not use cookies to monitor customer traffic

When you place an order at our site, you are redirected to PayPal where you
provide your name, email address, credit card information address, and phone
number. This information is use to process your order and keep you up to
date on its status. The financial information (credit card number,

Once PayPal authorizes your credit card, we begin processing your order.
Even thou PayPal is a third party company they are under strict obligation
